The 1 week is for us to design and build your website. The week starts once you’ve sent us everything; all your content and business details. From there we design and build your site within seven days (excluding weekends and public holidays), then hand it over for your feedback. Additional services are excluded from this timeframe.

We’re always happy to make changes based on your feedback. We allow for 3 rounds of changes so everything’s perfectly ready for launch.

The content collection phase varies from client to client, so it’s excluded from the 1 week turnaround. That includes all your written content, business information, and images or videos. If you need help with any of your content, we provide additional services for copywriting and photography. Please see the add-ons.

Absolutely. We can launch your new website on your custom domain. If you don’t already have one, then we can organise that for you for an additional fee + the cost of the domain you choose.

It depends how you pay. Upfront Payment Discount — no lock-in. Your first year of care is paid in advance, so it simply covers the full 12 months; after that you’re free to leave anytime. (As it’s prepaid, that first year isn’t refundable if you go early.) Spread the Cost — you’re on a 12-month term while you pay off the build across the year. Want to leave sooner? Pay out the remaining balance whenever you like and you’re free to go.

Not at all. If you’ve got one, you’re off to a head start — keep your content as-is or freshen it up before sending it through. If you don’t, no problem: it’s a clean slate to get your content right and represent your business properly.
